Cataract? Blind?

For a while now I’ve always questioned as to whether Jaffa is blind.

Whenever I photograph him one eye always looks a bit duller than the other.

The eye on the right (last picture)
I’ll attach a few pictures, let me know what you think.

A vet would be able to tell you if Jaffa was blind in that eye. He is a very handsome boy x

Please have any suspected eye problem always vet checked. Your piggy can have a cataract or related problem or the remainder of an old serious injury.
A vet can check whether sight is partially or fully impacted.

He’s been to the vets a lot since we’ve had him. Surely they would’ve picked up on it?
 
It does look different in the picture, but it's impossible to diagnose that way and could be the angle, etc. I have had pigs that have lost vision over time and I could see it behaviorally before I could see any visible cataracts, even in bright light. They got nervous/hesitant about judging distances, made perceptual errors like jumping too soon or too late getting in and out of the cage, and things of that nature. One of my past pigs, Sundae, was blind for a good couple of years before she died and her eyes still looked fairly normal unless they were under a light or in direct sunlight... then you could see a bit of cataract, but from her behavior I think she could really only see bright lights (she would still squint in the sun, which made me think she could at least see that.)
 
Betsy has cataracts in both eyes and her eyes look normal. The vet diagnosed them when I took her for an eye problem when one was bulging and the other wasn't. She can only see shadows now as she can't find food unless I put it straight under her nose. If I change the hutch around she bangs into things if she is going a bit too fast and her whiskers don't tell her which way to go. She panic wheeks if she thinks she is on her own even though Dennis is quite close. Dennis has now started to tell her where he is as he wanders around so she knows she isn't on her own. Also when I open the hutch door, Dennis always runs off and Betsy just stays there unless I try and pick her up when she runs off cos she can just see a shadow looming over her. During the "I can see perfectly Er.... No I can't stage" where her sight was failing she was scared of everything not understanding what wasgoing on. I constantly talk to her in a soothing voice so she knows I am there.
 
Update: Jaffa had a vet visit last night for an unrelated issue.

I asked the vet if she could test his eye sight to see if he had impaired vision or was blind.

She shone a light in his eye and tested to see if his pupils responded to the light and they did. She’s positive that he’s not blind.
