Caught Leela chirping this morning...

This morning my daughter heard a weird sound, so checked on the pets and found Leela chirping away... we both listened for a bit and then she decided she was done and stretched out and went to sleep as if it was very tiring for her!

We have heard chirping before, but it has been years and with previous pigs, so this was a rare treat!

Always nice to catch them chirping. Nine of ours have ever seemed distressed doing it. I think they are contacting the mothership

Peanut did it twice when he was young (about 4 years ago) he's my only chirper to date. It's a lovely sound and he seemed to be really concentrating while he did it. I love the idea they are contacting the mother ship.
