I think my new guinea pig Saxon has a Cauliflower willy.

Is there anything I need to do to help him keep it clean?

Hi

That is a normal penis that has not fully retracted. See whether you can push it back in with a bit of an unscented lubricant if it is a regular occurrance.
Otherwise gently clean it together with your usual boar maintenance with a mild disinfectant - saline (if necessary homemade), hibiscrub or 1 very weak solution of F10.

I have had the odd neutered boar whose penis didn't always retract fully but I had never any trouble re. infections.

I had the odd neutered boar where that happened too. But in at least one case after I'd pushed it in on a number of occasions it stayed in.

Since this is not a cauliflower willy but simply a not fully retracted penis, it usually stays in. I've had only one boar who developed longer term issues with full retraction.

For a 'cauliflower willy' picture see this guide here: Boar Care: Bits, Bums & Baths
