Hi, does anyone know what's happened to Pollie at cavy cosies? I ordered a tunnel and sack and my boys love them so I placed another 2 orders....one on 7th and 24th April....but I've not received anything although the money has gone from my paypal account! I've emailed her but no reply :{
 
thats a bit odd, hope someone can shed some light on this situation.
If not I'm sure you could do a paypal dispute and get your money back (:
 
I'll send her a message and make sure she's ok. I know she had to take a bit of a break so maybe your order has been missed somehow. I'll get back to you. :)


Edit: can I ask how you placed the order as I thought her shop had been closed since March

Well it said it was closed for a couple of weeks in March but when I went on the website it still allows you to order. I know I shoudnt have....but the tunnel was brill and I wanted another one so I ordered thinking she'd maybe just nit updated her page.
 
I think paypal just sends the cash when you click to pay, it doesn't wait for an order acknowledgement, so I'm sure it's nothing sinister, perhaps she's just been busy with other things.

Oh I don't think it's anything sinister, but I just wondered if anyone knows if she's still doing the cosies. I just hope everything is ok with Pollie. I'm not thinking of reporting to paypal or anything like that......more curious as to what's happened to the fab cosies she made :p
 
Hello Everyone,

I've been meaning to post for a while. My Dad has been in hospital since the end of March with hear problems. He came home about two weeks ago but he started to deteriorate. It turned out he had contracted one of those potentially life-threatening infections so he had to go back to hospital last Tuesday. We were very worried about him and for a few days it was touch-and-go. He is making a really good recovery and yesterday he even got out of bed and walked to the window with a walking frame and the help of the physio.

I was already behind with the cavy cozies and had hidden the shop on my site but needless to say I am even more behind now! I have been in touch with everyone today (now my Dad is out of danger) and I will be working through the backlog slowly and steadily. I am happy to offer a refund to anyone who does not want to wait.

I had been checking in on the forum daily until last week but then Dad's illness just took all of my energy. I hope that everypiggy is doing well and enjoying the mixed weather and green grass.

sorry to hear about your dad, but glad he is getting better.

I wish i could offer to help with the cosies, but wouldnt know where to start!

So sorry to hear about your Father, Pollie - a very worrying time for you. Hope you're o.k., but I'm glad to hear he's making progress.
