CCT - how to join?

This may be a bit of a silly question.... I have read in several different places that the CCT is £25 per year to join and it includes consults, phone advice etc. My question is - how do you actually join? One website mentioned completing a form and posting a cheque but the links didn't work.

Do I have to call or send anything off or is it just a case of sending the money with a letter?

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
 
:) Send off a cheque for £25 to the CCT, payable to CCT not BAR. Guinea pigs do come first at CCT so be prepared for a wait. You may not even hear anything until the next newsletter goes out, probably December...
 
we went down to vedra and filled out the form, gave her the money in cash, and then a bit later we got a letter from her confirming basically.

I am sure if you ring her and ask, shed post that form to you?
