I was visiting my friends and he was feeding his pigs some Celeriac. I had never heard of it before but it smells like celery. Its a cross between celery and turnip, so I was told. Today in Asda guess what the pigs got a Celeriac and its gone down really well! Even Otto the picky boar loves it!
Has anyone else tried it?

I have tried it and I didn't like it. Piggies only get what we humans eat in this house, so they'll have to miss this one I'm afraid ;D

We used to feed to to our guinea pigs in Germany as far as I can remember, it's more common there. I always thought that it was the normal celery, didn't know about the different types. I think it tastes similar to parsnips, just a bit stronger.

Yep, often give it to my lot, they love it! If you can get it with the leaves on, they go down very well too :)

I often wonder what this tastes like ? I've never tried it myself let alone my piggies.

They look weird
