Recall it said on big list of food celary leaves OK, so is that to say the main celary is a no go? Same for leeks, OK to give it large no fear?

Celery is fine. Leeks are a NO NO as they are from the onion family.

celery is fine as long as its chopped up in small pieces and i agree with Louise leek is definatly a no no

We gave ours some of a mixed bag of veg leaves as we picked up the wrong pack by mistake - didn't realise it had tiny bits of chopped leek in it as we thought it was the one we've had before. Luckily they all left it anyway thank goodness. But as Louise and Kelly say, leek is a no-no.

Celery is ok as long as it's chopped up or I break it up

ok cool, so silly question why does celery have to be cut up small surely it's an extra teeth work out?

It is quite stringy so is a choking hazard.

Yes, I make sure the celery is cut up into small chunks. Mine love it! I take week about with celery and brocolli.
