Chanel (our black beauty)

Chanel was a lovely piggy. She knew what she wanted (and didn’t like) and made it very clear. Her and her rainbow friend Coco moved in with us October 2018. Unlike Coco, she was more reserved and would hold back…except for the husband!

She gradually settled and was blessed to share her living quarters with Zac when Coco sadly passed away. In her later years, she would come to me for a little head scratch and would always be waiting at the door for dinner time.

She wasn’t one to wheek but the day before her trip to the rainbow, she wheeked quite loudly

We will miss her but she’s been reunited with her first friend Coco. Zac was a wonderful companion to her and I think she actually helped him come out (a bit more) of his shell.
