Changing Food For Guineas

I am looking after a friends guineas for two weeks and I am a bit worried about the food she has left for them,it is a muesli no name just in a plastic bag but it feels very sticky.Would it hurt them if I brought a better one like wag or something and mixed it with it ? I am worried they will like the new stuff and she won't carry it on.

It's best to stick to what they're used to, changing it for a short period would only upset their tummies and if you're friend won't carry on with it, then it's just not worth the time.
Maybe just bring it up in conversation when you next see her and ask her what brand it is, and see if you can convince her to change?

Thank you I thought the same to be honest, just feel a bit sorry for them when I give it them. I don't think I will get her to change to a better one as I have tried before although she did buy them some hay after my nagging lol
