I got Amber on Saturday and she had a big dog bowl of water to drink out of (it was so sweet when she dipped her little head in a huge bowl for a drink :)) ) Since she's come to my house I forgot about the bowl and just put the water bottle in as I normally do. She's living with an older sow, who's always drunk out of a bottle. I haven't seen Amber drink yet but she's had watery vegetables like cucumber and she's also quite nervous so I thought she wasn't too bothered by the water and she'd find it when she wanted it. She lives outside with covers and tarpaulin so she might drink in the night and I don't see her. Today I remembered she had a bowl in her old pen so I thought I'd try a little bowl with her to see if she was thirsty. I've filled up a small bowl with water, I didn't see her drink any though, but it was raining and she was curled up in the hay with Spicy so she was probably too comfy to move :)) If she does drink from the bowl how can I get her to drink from the bottle instead? I don't want to take the bowl away straight away because it's all new to her so I don't want to confuse her. Should I just keep filling up the bowl and the bottle and see which one she goes for?

I would have both next to each other. Hopefully, she'll get the idea from her new friend soon.
