Changing the message to new members

It's been a few months since I joined the forum (you can probably tell I love it here by the amount of time I spend on here). When I registered I got an email welcoming me to the forum. I don't know if it is still the same but that's all it said at the time.
It seems recently there have been a number of newbie introductions/ question threads that mention/ ask about breeding. I was wondering if the email welcome could include a line reminding people that it's a pro rescue forum. I know not everyone will take note of it.

Sounds a good idea, if it can be done easily and I can't see why it shouldn't be. Or a link to the rules?
