Chard

I don't know about calcium content but mine have rainbow chard. The only thing to watch for is that one of mine pee's pink after eating the red stalked one which panicked me the first time

Ah, yes, I've noticed the same thing. I couldn't work it out at first, but then I noticed the pattern. It had me worried too for a while.

Punkers and Malunkers love rainbow chard: Punkers the stems, and Malunkers the leaves, so that works out well! :clap:
