After 8 hours of supervising them in the neutral area, and a few nerve-wracking hours in their cage, they showed signs of a bond. Both guinea pigs are dominant, even Harry at only 9 weeks old. Charlie eventually groomed Harry under his ear and they lie together a lot and eat well together. Harry tends to follow Charlie around the cage which is sweet. Harry is going to be huge, he's only slightly smaller than Charlie (who's 1.2kg and 1 year old). But hopefully their bond will stay good as Harry's hormones may ruin everything. Even now, they get territorial about hideys so I've removed them completely. Even a pile of hay is seen as a hidey so I'm providing two of everything and spreading their vegetables around the cage.
