Charlies new friends

They’re so small and hopefully they are male ( thats what the breeder promised)
Their genitals are a bit too small to tell
 
They should be old enough for you to be able to sex them if you have been able to bring them home (ie by the time they ar three weeks of age, it’s usually fairly easy to tell) but it’s always best to check for yourself by feeling for a penis ridge and looking inside the slit.
You can post clear pictures including with the slit opened if you would like help in sexing them.

You are aware that they and Charlie cannot be bonded and live in the same cage as a boar trio doesn’t work? I am sure he will be happy to have neighbours though.

Unfortunately it isn’t likely to work. Boar trios almost always fail before they reach adulthood and we never advise anybody to attempt it. Once the youngsters hit their teens at 16 weeks, this is when problems will start to occur and if can result in three single piggies. Plus, the cage size needed for three boars is well beyond all normal sizing - there is no commercial hutch big enough for a boar trio so lack of space will cause problems

They are soo small! 😍😍 I would learn to sex them, it’s not a bad skill to have. You can compare them to Charlie. Once you have an idea you can post clear photos as suggested above.

If I were you, I wouldn’t bother putting them together at all. You risk breaking the bond between the two new piggies. At best, they’d be able to stay together or you’d get a pair and one single. At worst, you could end up with three singles living side by side.

You can have them living side by side as neighbours. Charlie would still get the interaction he needs through the divider. Alternatively you could find Charlie a boar he can live with. I don’t know if you have rescues in Finland so you’d likely have to go down the shop or breeder route. But you’d have to double check the sex before doing so. Hence it being useful to learn how.

We have outside run and stuff ..
But I realised that these two can fit through small holes . So i will wait until they are a bot bigget
 
I think they are just 4 weeks old .
The breeder said they are ready to go to their new homes
 
What little cuties :luv: Charlie is rather handsome too! :wub: Hope he enjoys having some company!
