my pigs are the same , one in particular , he can smell veg at 100 yards and
once he starts the rest follow and do not stop untill l give them somthing .:hb:

the troble is some of them are that vigourous that they are in a real danger of breaking
there insisors :hmm:

Pesky piggies! I think they may be the boss of you :))

I have the opposite problem - my boars hate floor time and Spike chews the bars of the cage and rattles the door to be let back in. Hoped over time they would get to enjoy being out but after 8 months there's been little improvement.

Awww, mine love floortime, the boys are still running round when it is time for them to go back, but usually settle down, laying with their legs out all chilled! The girls and Taz are funny, they play, eat the greens etc while I am cleaning their run out, I am in and out checking on them, sit with them and chat (as you do). Before the time to go back it is funny, they are all laying down legs to the side worn out and when back in the run it is siesta time, then I 1554.webp 1569.webp know they have had a good play:):):):)

Mine are sitting under the radiator looking quite discusted because the heating has not
come on,
l need to replace the batteries in the heating remote controle thingy

Just Got back from asda, got mega loades of carrots, and other veg, that should keep the
little monsters quirt for a few days :shh:

Hi! They are doing really well. Such cheeky piggies! They pretty much have free roam of our family room so get plenty of floor time. They have an area under the coffee where they can chill out onto of their house or in their cuddle cup. Their hay etc is in their cage so the have to walk backwards and forwards, figured it would give them plenty of exercise! They're so funny when I'm in the kitchen and chopping stuff, they toddle over to the door and peep in haha! They're not big on the whole picking up malarkey but they will come over and sniff hands and climb onto knees for food. I'll pop some pictures up later for you to see x

Hmmm, I'm sure some pigs think they're top of the pecking order in some houses.

My post neuter boar came down for a cuddle on his cushion this evening, he sniffed round for a bit and then gave me a little nip as the food treats for sitting still hadn't arrived! He certainly knows what he wants!
