I don’t post as much as I used too, but it’s with a heavy heart that I’ve said Cheerios to mowgli.

Abformer rescue pig from Rainbow Arkk, then he did his rounds at various piggy friends, Rscpa walsall, @weibke and finally Debbie at Teas he found his way to me and reformed his life from a single boar who wouldn’t mix to a fabulous social piggy who kept his wives in check.
He wasn’t a young man but he certainly showed me how I could reform his life to a more social pig .
Am gutted - he had a URI and was thrown everything at him today and last night, and I mean everything to get him recover but I knew today he had gone too fa. However I kept going, came to the office, kept warm, steam bowls, everything in my arsenal frankly and cost meant nothing.

He passed away a few moments ago.

I am so sorry that you have lost your big boy to illness and old age; especially in view of the hellhole he has come out of 5 1/2 years ago.
You have filled his life with happiness, love and boarly fulfillment. He couldn't have had a better life and would have blessed every day he had with you. He was one lucky guy to have found you and his dedicated harem for his forever home!

My TEAS-born Rainbow Ark baby Myfina (who I lost over Christmas 2017) will have been there to welcome him at the Bridge.
 
Oh Lil, I’m so sorry. Mowgli was such a lucky boy getting to live with you and his wives. I have no doubt no one could have done more for him. Hugest hugs xx

HUGS! You will find happiness and new friends again; hopefully the kind that really sticks! You can find them in any place and at any age.
See it as a chance for a new beginning a new chapter; it is always rather scary at first! It certainly was for me when I upped sticks and started from scratch when I emigrated to the UK. The first couple of years were not easy until I had made the transition and was over my moments of homesickness and special food cravings and also started making new acquaintances and forging my own bonds apart from my hub's circle of friends.
 
Sorry you’ve had such a rough time.
Some years can be like that.
Good for you making your choice to be happier.

I am so sorry for your loss of Mowgli 🌈 It sounds like he found his way to an amazing life with you; he looks terribly handsome, happy and, dare I say it, proud in the photo above! May you find a compassionate way through all the losses and change you have had recently 🥀🌻🌼
