Do your piggys like to nibble on your finger nails?

I have fairly long nails and I haven't met a piggy yet that doesn't like to nibble on them! :(|)

Africa likes to lick my hand and bite my nail side wards, not the tip. I thought the question was going to be about guinea pigs biting there own. Africa when held, like when I pick him up and such or put him on his back for a few minutes whilst I check his belly and areas likes to attack his front claw and looks as if he's trying to bite his nails.

My Kim likes to lick my hand, but her sister Katie likes to nibble fingers, and sometimes she nibbles a bit too hard !
Kim licks Katie in her ears and over her shut eyes.Katie appears to enjoy this for a while, and then butts her when she's had enough !

Yes even the boys loved to do this.........i think it's them discovering something new.......and hey it's mummy so whee can chew, lick, bite :red, poop :red and wee :red on mummy so why not nibble on some finger nails....they just look like food you know ;):(|) taste lousy tho :p

Mine go for nails too, but they do try to get at my toenails as well as fingers. If I offer my hand to them palm-up, they try to turn my hand over so they can get the nails instead. rolleyes

My piggy Pearl likes to nibble my nails, she does try to eat everything mind you, she is a greedy little thing.

Fifi keeps her own nails trim and clean, she is a proper little lady :)

Well I've never experienced it but my piggy Red ate a big chunk of my hair the other day. I was worried at first, don't want her to have a hair ball, but she seems to have had no ill effects. will be keeping hair well away in future.

Honestly, I knew I needed a trim, but it's coming to somethign when your guinea pig tells you you have split ends, they must be bad if she noticed them over the cucumber I was giving her!
