Hi all,
I just installed a mezzanine on Theo's Midwest habitat. Problem is Theo seems to think that the ramp is a chew toy? I'm concerned that he will swallow some plastic and develop digestive issues 😞
Any thoughts on nontoxic "pig deterrents" that will keep the ramps intact?

This is a very common thing to have happen as they explore with their mouths. Many of us have had our piggies try to eat something non-edible (with no ill effects) - my own was a piggy who decided to eat the rubber strip off of a dustpan, he saw it and got to it much quicker than I could!

If you could post a picture of the ramp so we can, it may help us come up with some ideas eg File binders can be slid on top of correx edges to help prevent chewing

Thanks for the support :) I decided to replace them with wooden ramps I found on Etsy. If he goes after any other part of the mezzanine Cloroplast (not Plastikote, I misspoke) I will consider the edge protection - we have a source for those here in the US.
