I’ve got a little rescue baby boar! Dudley is around 10 weeks old. I successfully bonded him with my boar Harry.

Dudley chews absolutely everything in the cage. Tunnels, houses etc. Wooden toys.

I’ve never had such a chewy pig. Is that something he will grow out of? Or likely he will be a constant chewer

All pigs chew to wear down their teeth, but some seem to want to chew a lot more than others (and a lot of items that you don't want them to chew!) I had one really bad chewer... Frenzy. She chewed up all my baseboards and doorframes. She did not grow out of it... though now that she's gone, I sometimes look fondly at all the damage she caused in my rec room hallway! Hadley seems to chew on and off... no rhyme or reason to it. She will be good for months, then suddenly decide to rip up some carpet or try to eat some drywall. So he may improve with time or he may not. I would just try to provide items you don't mind if he chews in the hopes of keeping him from eating your walls and furniture!

We had a chewer... she chewed wood all her life. We had another chewer who got out of it as she gets older so only time will tell i'm afraid....

One of my Rainbow piggies, Jake, was an obsessive chewer. I made the mistake of leaving a plastic bowl in his cage overnight and the next morning it was gone, because he'd basically eaten the whole thing. In that case it was my fault, he was on his own at the time and boredom would've been a factor.

That is why I have ceramic bowls!

One of my past guinea pigs loved a good chew. I gave her those wooden boxes you get in veg shops. She would sit under it and slowly chomp away at the 'legs'.

I have no advice as I am not so experienced in the issue, but I would like to point out how wonderfully ironic Dudley is being bonded to Harry! (HUGE nerd and fan)

He was originally called Danny! I may have renamed him
