Chewing

Good evening,

My two have been with me now for 4 days now and I have noticed both are chewing the side of there houses. Both are plastic houses and wondered if

a) is there a problem with the pigs
b) is it going to harm them and should I removed the houses?

Guinea pigs chew every single thing they come across! I have wooden cabins rather then plastic as chewing on the wood is good for their teeth.

It won't be long before they chew through there house

In that case it maybe worth buying a wooden house for them.

try fruit sticks, cardboard tubes etc to nibble.theae cabins sound a good idea, think i might get some,
