Just wanted to post that Chewy went in the vets this morning for his neutering operation and it all want well and so I am collecting him this afternoon.

PHEW! that was a nervous wait!:lol!:

So fingers crossed he recovers well and I can then start looking out for a lady for him after 6 weeks.

Aw, little Chewy! He'll have a bone to pick with you lol :yikes: Hope Chewy feels back to his normal self soon and gets a lovely sow-wife for his troubles!

Have you got a sow ready picked out for him .?
Though l supose there is no rush you have got 5 weeks to choose,
poor lad will just have to whait a little longer:(

As I live in Northern Ireland there are only ever a few piggies available for adoption from Assisi, which is the guinea pig home I got my other two boys - spud and Freckles from. I have let them know that Chewy has had the op so they will keep me in mind should a girl come in. At the moment though Chewy is housed next to the other pair so he can see and hear them but it will be great when he gets his wife. :)

Aw bless him, hope he bounces back really quickly.
He doesn't know it yet, but once he finds that special sow he'll be one very lucky piggy! xx

He is much more bouncy today - trying to evade me rather than just sitting there like he was yesterday - not going to disturb him too much incase he pops a stitch though! Lots of poops, so - so far so good!
