I hope no one will mind me posting this on here.
After Chilli's battle the past few days, she left me this morning.
Olive, my other chicken had been stroking Chilli, almost as if she was trying to wake her up, but it was no use. My tears were gone before she was, because never do I want to remember her in the helpless way that she went.

Rest in Peace Chilli, my gorgeous chook. I will never forget you.
