Chipped tooth - grinding noise .

Noticed during floortime that Snuggle (age 5 )was making a new noise with his teeth yesterday . A really slow grinding noise. He didn't see angry or anything . When he allowed us to look it seems he has chipped the side off a tooth . Length of tooth not affected . Advice needed please !
 
Thanks for such a fast reply . :) he is eating and drinking normally as far as I can tell . I will weigh him today .... I agree with you that it is such a privilege for a little animal to trust you so much . I will keep an eye on him . Thanks again :)
