Lunas just sat chirping like a wee bird for 10 minutes straight! such a wierd wee sound when she does it, she's the only pig i've heard do it, and she's done it quite a few times. It seems like a wee lonely song like she's singing to herself. wish we knew what it meant! AH SHE'S SO CUTE!

Wow!Chirping that is really rare :) I have only heard it twice...

Were her lips moving? Good luck at vets tomorrow, give her a cuddle from me.
 
Yeah, her wee lips move and her wee cheeks flap, but she sits stock still and doesn't move or blink when she does it. I've heard her do it 3 times, she woke me up during the night the first time doing it and I thought it was actually a bird in the house haha. I had to google it cause i'd never heard of it before.
I'm always to scared to move incase she stops doing it and I freeze too scared to go looking for my phone. I'll deffo try record it if she does it again!

I've heard it only 3 times and only from one of my piggie. At first I thought a bird flew in the house then I heard the noise coming from piggie area. It is very neat to hear.

Awwwww, what a wee cutie! it's so exciting when you hear them do it isn't it. i always just hope its a contented sound cause i love it. lol

I've only ever heard Luna do it, it just comes out of nowhere, so you might one day!

LOL, that was exactly my reaction. I pure shot up in my bed glaring around for a bird and to see if my window was open, then looked down and luna was sitting beside her wee house singing away, haha. eeep!

Luna's officially booked in on wednesday at 8:30am for an xray on her heart, lungs, bladder and possibly kidneys. yay! only took me like 4 vet trips for them to finally listen to me!
 
One of my boars chirps now and again, it's soo cute! I was like you and the first time thought it was an actual bird! He chirps very, very quietly though, you can only hear it at all if it's very quiet. It's like little 'cheep' sounds that he makes, it's so cute! I think his is a happy noise because he only does it when he seems to be happy and/or relaxed. :)
