What does this noise mean? They were having floor time. I thought it was Poppy signalling to her mum at first, but now I'm not so sure.

Guinea pigs always chirrup when they are on the move. It is an automatic status update of where they are and that all is fine. Guinea pig have evolved in dense grassland where they cannot see all members of a group following enstablished paths through the undergrowth, but they can keep in contact by vocalisation. A group can travel quite a distance of well over a mile at dawn and dusk from a safe hiding place (often an abandoned set by another animal) to their current grazing area. Youngsters are the most vocal because they are the most vulnerable members in a group, not having the experience, but being the most likely to stick their noses into trouble.
Guinea Pig Facts - A Short Overview

Thank you. I was worried they were scared. But it makes sense because Olga was behind the pigloo so Poppy couldn't see her. So she was obviously saying "it's alright I'm safe"
