Chock has decided to eat the mint guinea pig x l food because my my guide volentear works in the pet food supply industry and he had a bag for someone elses pig who passed on so Chock got it and he really loves the food
He's refusing to eat the Wilco guinea pig crunch mix now
Honestly, he is so fussy when it comes to what he will eat and what he wont.

It's always like that with pigs isn't it!
So picky about everything, I spend half an hour every morning creating a mix of veg all my pigs enjoy!
 
Every nugget i have tryed him on he has refused to eat them
Someone new comes in with a bag of nuggets and he's straight in the bowl
I don't understand him sometimes...
He's the same level of fussyness when it comes to hay and green leaves as he is with his dry food and forages which are also dry...
 
Its better that he is on a nugget to stop him selective feeding which rodents are very good at doing...
 
I know x l isn't the best nugget in the world but as i got the bag of it for nothing i thought it would have been rude not to accept it as it was really kind of the person to bring it and not charge me anything for it what so ever
Its better than the black current and origano vertion as the sugar content is no where near as high as the black current ones
The ones he got given are the ones with mint in them. He seems to like them though. Thats the main thing...
 
i'd rather have him on some kind of nugget rather than a mix of stuff for him to then scatter all over the cage floor... Naughty piggy... :)

he is a funny piggy when it comes to food...
 
They seem to be very popular with all piggies!
 
i think him being on nuggets will be better for him in the long run...
