Choir Practise

So today we have been practising for the guineapig Christmas carol service! We having been singing all afternoon especially when Mummy and Daddy slave come into our room we love to give them a rendition of Hark the Herald Veggies sing and o come all ye Hayful!
Mummy Salve was very rude and said we sounded like a pair of chimpanzees!

Would anyone else like to join in our concert, practise is all day everyday especially when your slaves are around and a good few hours before meal times!

Ruby has her own version of many carols so it's lovely to hear from others who share and appreciate guinea pig musical talent.

Noisy night, bar chewing night,
I'm not calm, I'll give you a bite,
Sweet agouti demanding her treats,
Endless squealing and lots of wheeks,
Sleep's not happening here tonight.
Most likely outcome is a serious bite.

Not to be outdone Betsy and Meg have decided that "Poop, Wee, Wheekily on High" is the one for them this Christmas.

We are so glad there are so many more piggie singers for the concert, such a great variety of carols too! We have had a quieter evening as Slave gave use sweet corn but fear not we will be up rehearsing early tooorrow!

Their fave carol is "We three pigs of Solihull are, Demanding our grass tea we'll bite on the bars.. "

We’re practising another carol now
“Hark at how the piggies wheek
Give us carrots now, we sing.”

And, because our slave told us that carols were originally dances we’ve been doing that too.
Micah has learnt how to do a fast turn which throws wood shavings out of the cage.
It’s fun.

We practised really loudly this afternoon to remind slave to hurry up with the veggies

My piggies started to practice 'All I want for pigmas is...' this week. But they never get further than that, because they can't make up their mind what 'the only thing' they want really is. Their opinions differ a bit.

With it being the 3rd Sunday in Advent, Lexi, Thea, Betsy and Meg gave me a rendition of "Joy to the world Guinea Pigs have come, Let Earth receive their poops!" this morning when I went into the garage to give them their breakfast.
