Hi I read online you can use mineral oil to clean piggies ears I found out this is baby oil in the uk is this the best thing to use or can anyone recommend anything else I also saw you can use baby oil to clean piggies bottoms is this correct to or do you recommend anything else. Many thanks

You can use baby oil. I know some people use coconut oil and find it very effective. You can also clean the ears when bathing and just use the shampoo. Are your pigs male or female? Males can get rather smelly and gunky in the anal sac area, but you shouldn't need to do anything with girls. Also, when you say bottom do you mean the grease gland (where a tail would be if they had one?) Coconut oil or Swarfega both work well to shift this grease.

Never mind, I misread the thread lol, but I'd like to know what to use on bottoms as well. I wouldn't clean their ears myself though.

Hi thanks for replying so quick I have 3 male peruvian pigs I did mean the anal sack and that area not the grease gland. I will go with the baby oil for the ears and did you mean swarfega or coconut oil for the anal sack as I know you can use these for the grease gland
Many thanks
