Hi there I have 2 4 month old piggies I'm wondering about them cleaning themselves one is all white and you can see mess under him the poor thing is there anything I can do to help him

What exactly do you mean by seeing mess under him? It would not be abnormal to see mild discolouration of the hair on the underside of a white guinea pig. If the fur is actually yellow or has visible bits of dirt on it then it does imply there is an issue either with the guinea pigs health or with the husbandry.
What bedding do you use? How often do you clean or spot clean? How much space does this guinea pig have? Does he have a cage mate (this can encourage or discourage movement)? Is he particularly lethargic? Are his faecal pellets normal (hold their shape)?
