What clippers or sissors are best for piggies..
I'm fine cutting my rabbits nails but very nervous when it come to the piggies nails, I have clippers suitable for small animals but dont seem that great when it comes to piggies nails.

I got some fab ones from Wilkinsons. They are used for dogs nails but are great for piggies, they have got a black rubber handle

I have some piggy clippers but feel happier doing it with human toe nail clippers :)

Was at the vets the other day asking the same question, and she had these brill wee clippers for cats but they worked great for guinea's.

I have some small animal clippers brought from local shop classic brand. I only got these because my Bumble is a nightmare to clip ::) I prefer human nail clippers to do the rest of my lot ;)

I use human nail clippers that way at least if they move I dont chop off a toe. I use some Proper animal scissor type ones on digby as his nails curl and he is a nightmare but clippers get my vote every time O0

bobs nails curl too theyre a nightmare to cut but he panics if i use scissors.

i use human clippers too

Human clippers, easy to hold when piggies are wriggling.

I bought some little small animal ones from p@h (£2.99 I think) and did the girls nails yesterday. I wrapped them in a towel and poked out a leg at a time! I was scared stiff of hurting them, but they were very calm and well behaved! :)

When i cut my piggies nails soon i might just use some human finger clipers. They look like they will work....

My pet shop sold me a pair meant for cats but said they were ideal for piggies. And they have been absolutely fine, although I still can't say that the poor little piggies like having their nails cut.

I use human nail clippers-they are a lot better than the piggy clippers I bought but my boys don't like having their nails done much either!
