I got my lil Cocoa puff a couple months ago now. She's a lot more active and social than she was when I got her. However, she's still pretty skiddish around my family and I. We hand feed her and Cocoa and I have "bonding sessions" where I put her on my lap. Is there anything more I can do to make her feel comfortable or does Cocoa just need more time? Thanks :)

I’ve almost had Farley for a year and he’s still skiddish! Some pigs are just naturally skiddish. Just keep doing what your doing I guess.

My boy Dexter was terrible when I got him 1st. He would even try to climb the bars to get away from me. He was like a wild animal. He was absolutely terrified! It took months and months for him to get where he is now. Now he will come up to me and sometimes will lie down for a tickle at his own will. Just keep doing what you are doing. Patience is everything but bear in mind that generally speaking piggies will always be skittish to some extent. It's in their nature. I'm not sure if yours is an only pig but they do better in at least pairs where they feel more secure
