Hi could someone tell me the best soap to clean grease gland I took him to vets thinking he had a skin problem or mites his fur won't grow around the area and would castration make it go away my other boys never had a grease gland problem

Castration doesn't influence the grease gland. It is active in boars and sows.

Hi, castration would make no difference at all to the grease gland x
