P

piggiesforever

The title says It all really, He was five weeks old yesterday weighed 362g and In perfect health. He's gone to my husbands friend who always kept guineas prior to coming to England and his last guinea lived to be eight so that was testament to his good care. I also get to stay In touch, have regular updates and pictures. He'll be living Inside the house which Is shared by four adults all of whom had guinea pigs back home and thus I know he Is In good hands and will be spoilt around the clock and get a friend once he's settled. However on the non logical side of things we all had a little bit of a cry to see him go.

Awww it's sad saying goodbye but at least he's gone to a great home! :) I'm sure he'll be happy there...

Aww its hard letting go. I was ok with my last fosters as I only had them a week but my first two I was terrible. I wanted to keep them but it wasn't possible as I didn't need boars at that time. :)

I'm sure Coco is loving the new home and good you know the people as you can keep intouch! :)

aw must be so hard as grown attached to Coco

least you know hes gone to a loving forever home though and will be in good hands

I know he'll be happy It's just he's the first one born here I've had to let go of, the other two boys we haven't named and are leaving In half term but they are going to my friends house and again I will see them lots since we have children of similar ages and get together frequently. I know I'm so lucky to be able to watch them grow up and still have cuddles. At the end of the day you have to draw a line and I will be left with eight piggies and do Intend to find Rambo a friend when he's bigger and stronger and with the rabbits and the children I'm Into double figures as far as dependants go.
