So I'm a new guinea pig owner, I have two baby girls; bingus and edward
I was getting a little hot in my room so I opened the window a couple hours ago and I forgot to close it
I went to check on my guinea pigs were cool to the touch and I'm worried about them and having some pretty bad anxiety on temperature regarding them
I've seen on a few different sites that 65-75 degrees feienheight is ideal for them but I'm not too sure
I does anyone have any tips on keeping them within their ideal temperature? I don't want them to get too cold or too hot

15 C/59 F. What temperature did it drop to? We use Fahrenheit not Celsius in the US.

They are most comfortable between 18 and 22 C (so that is 64 and 71 fahrenheit).
Not below 15 degrees (59 fahrenheit) and not above 25 degrees (77 Fahrenheit).

I'm not sure what temp it was as I live in an old apartment building so the thermostat is one of the old fashioned dial things and you can't tell what the exact temp is- all I know is I walked in my room, window was open and it was pretty chilly in my room and my piggies were cool when I picked them up

It would be a good idea for you to get a thermometer you can attach to the cage to enable you to ensure they are being kept in a comfortable environment.

If they are cold right now, then fill their hides or cardboard boxes with hay so they can snuggle into it.
Cover part of their cage with a blanket to stop draughts

If your piggies are getting too hot or too cold for some reason, please warm them up/cool them down gently. Their bodies don't cope well with quick huge temperature jumps.

Snuggling in soft hay (which is a great insulator) or wrapping them in some fleece is a good measure for cold guinea pigs. A warm but not hot microwaveable pad will additionally do a little later.

Get some cheap thermometers so you can keep track of their room better ... The one I use is technically a refrigerator thermometer and came in a four pack for very inexpensive. (It goes from -20°F/-29°C to 86°F/30°C, which works fine, since warmer than that would be too hot, and I can just ignore the lower range.) We just have it sitting on a bookcase in the pigs' room, so we can keep track of the room's temperature and make sure their room is remaining a good temperature.
Maybe next time you're needing to open a window, open one that's not in the piggies' room? That way you feel the effects before they do.

You've already been given some great advice for keeping your piggies warm, so I'll just add to keep a closer eye on them for a bit, to make sure they're acting and eating normally, as larger temperature changes can be a stressor on the piggies and make them more vulnerable to illness.
