Hi everybody,
I was just wondering if guinea pigs can catch a cold from us as i have a right stinker.Does anyone no please. I hope not, i know dogs can't not so sure about guinea pigs.

In about 6 years of having guinea pigs, none of mine have ever caught anything from my colds, as far as i know. But i do make sure i dont sneeze around them and wash and anti bac my hands just incase

I practice make sure I do hand-washing and keep snuggling to a minimum when I'm sick, but I think the likelihood of passing a cold is minimal, as most viral illnesses are pretty species-specific.
