Hi all,
As spring is starting and our piggies are out in their run every day, I wondered if anyone knew of any common lawn flowers/weeds that are poisonous to pigs so we can pull them out if they pop up in the run? I already know that buttercup is poisonous and that daisies shouldn't be fed often but are there any others that could harm a pig on the off chance that they find them in their run and eat it out of curiosity?
Thanks!

As you have said, buttercup is a common lawn weed that is poisonous .

To be honest, I check my lawn before and pull up anything that isn't grass or dandelion.

Additional to buttercups, Things I particularly look out for are ...

Moss ( moss is poisonous - but guineas are unlikely to eat )

Fungus ( this happened one year Fungus)

Crocus leaves ( we planted these pre guinea pig )

Hedge trimmings ( we have a privet hedge )

Thanks. I always pull everything other than grass out but it makes the whole place messy!
