sorry ive been off of here for so long ,...computer issues and phone issues mucking up my touch with the outside world.
Finally got it too cooperate by going into town where there is wifi. so..here I am.
Piggy updates:
Gus has settled in very nicely . he is a handsome , and very bossy piggy. he demands his nums...decides IF and WHEN to be petted or held, will not give you a "i gotta wee " tug..he will promptly wee all over you if your not careful. But..he is delighful anyways. He has decided, green romaine lettuce, carrot,celery , apple and his hay and pellets, are al lhe will be eating thankyou very much...and if i give him something he dosent like, he will literally put it out of his cage. He usually only wees in one corner, but when I tried the litter tray he promptly turned it over, moved it to the other side of the cage and wee'd..as if to say. I have my bathroom the way I like it thank you.
CHEEKY BOY he is! His nicknames have evolved from gusterson and gusalotta. (silly i know).
He actually KNOWS his name. I can say "gus" and he'll sometimes wheek at me for it. He isnt much for talking tho...he'll wheek at his name, and for food...thats it.
He's popcorned once..as if to show me he could. And that was it. lol
but he seems quite content as to having his house to himself. He does enjoy a romp in the play pen with smores n choco..but he likes his house to himeself.
Choco has tried to convince him to join him (lots of wheeks, and chortles and grooming THRU thier cages side that meets)..and gus promptly removes himself from that side when he's wanting to be "alone" again. LOL.
Smores:
quite frankly my noisiest , messyist, rowdyist piggy. Naughty he is. he rearanges everything, he chews at things ...he does laps around the cage, and playpen at gusto speeds. He is constantly rumblestrutting and trying to mount choco..who happily sits and lets him..as if to say "yeah ok kid..I'm a boy too you doofus". but ocasionally when choco has had enough..he'll rumble and mount himself ..and then smores is like "ok ..ok..I'm sorry" and will go sulk in the opposite corner for awhile. Smores is my piggyiest eater. I swear I could put a hairbrush in there and he'd eat it. THE ONLY thing he wont eat is tomato. and even that he'll at least TRY it before putting his nose up at it. He steals choco's food all the time. He dosent like to be petted, cuddled or touched. Although he tollerates his bum checks, and footsies check and the once every other month bath ok. His ringworm has now gone away. no more fungal issues, and by golly i can say completely mite free. WHOO HOOO. Havent got a scale yet..but working on it. they are hard to find here in tx.
Choco:
Aww my dear boy. he puts up with so much of smores's naughtyness. LOL.
he is very very very sweet. Loves hugs, and cuddles, and lap time. Will kiss and kiss and kiss on my hand and fingers. or arm ..or nose if I let him (and most times I do..lol). he talks to me in a soft chortly pur type noise if I pet sertian places. he isnt one for having his feet messed with tho...nail trimming is NOT a happy occurance for him. he dosent mind his bath, or his bum checks..but "mummy please leave me feet alone" he says.
Fortunatly thier nails havent grown too much or too often..so its a every once in a while occurance. He's taken to climbing into the food bowl and noms down as if its going to run away...of corse smores steals whatever he can..so in a sense IT WILL RUN AWAY :p...via smores.
I know its silly..but having three cute fuzy wheeking faces at me every day..makes me happy.
Thats all for now folks. I have to give up the wifi spot..and go home. (to no internet currently...)
