I have 3 guinneas, the eldest is 3 years old, when I offered her some greens before accepting it she started to do convulsing movements, as if she wanted to throw up (I'm aware they can't do this, ence why I was more worried) she has never done this before, and didn't show signs of something similar the past few weeks, no change in her diet whatsoever, and she's now currently drinking water normally.
I'm honestly terrified of the worst, because there's no exotic vets where I live

Hi, it's hard to say what's happening for sure, but she may have been chocking or gagging, which looks like throwing up might.

This can just be a one-off, if they got distracted or mis-swallowed, or something more serious like teeth or growths around the mouth or throat. If pig is eating and drinking well and their weight is stable then don't be in too much of a tizzy. A vet trip to check teeth growth may be in order though.

Hopefully someone with more experience of this can help.

If you can share your location someone may be able to point to a capable vet practice.

I’m sorry you experienced that ….its frightening isn’t it
As @GuineaDobbin says if her weight is stable and she is eating and drinking normally then it might have been a ‘one off’ event
I’m sure forum members with more experience and advice will be along to help
Good luck

All I can suggest is that if you are concerned then a vet trip is warranted, even if it’s not an exotic specialist.
