Confused about how much veggies

I have two 11 week old guineas. I'm confused about what kind of quantity of fresh veg to feed them. I've been giving them romain lettuce, carrot, cucmber, green peppers, dandelions etc. But how much is too much? Should I be feeding them more because they are growing?

Mine is 5 months and he loves to eat and eat.. Seems he knows when to stop, Sleeps poops and is back at it... Mine really love apple and the dark green leafy stuff.. I have asked about overfeeding and people say not much to worry about.

Don't overdo it on the dandelions...unless you like cleaning out rather messy poops! Too many can give them the runs (or it does mine anyway!)
