hi there I realise I have left this way too late but posting on the off chance someone picks this up straight away. One of my piggies is going for a chest x-ray in 40 minutes time. We are trying to do a x-ray without anaesthetic as his breathing is not brilliant at the moment. Just wondered if anyone had any tips for getting a good x-ray with a conscious pig! . I've had suggestions about putting him in a small box or trying to strap him to a cushion anyone got any other suggestions ?

I hope that everything went OK? Most piggies just hunker down and play dead in the darkened room.

Hope it went ok. My vet's wrap them up in a bandage so they cannot move! (Obviously not so tightly that they struggle breathing)

Hope all went ok. I think all vets tend to have different methods. My local vets even loosely taped my Nigel to the table once as he was extra lively.
