Constipation

Does anyone know of the fruit and veg which is known to give piggies constipation?

I know if I give Freddie banana he gets bunged up for days - so I don't obviously - and I've since learned on this forum that's a common side effect.

But does anyone have a list of other foods known to have this effect on some piggies?

I'm not sure. He's eating loads but worried he's isn't pooing as much as usual - he's normally a pooping machine. Although every thing he does makes me panic at the moment.

The only thing he's eaten different in the last few days is celery.

He's in his run at the moment on a fresh patch of grass so it will be very obvious if he doesn't poop. Thanks hon x

We have poop - lots of poop. The grass sorted him.

Been doing a bit of research online and some sites suggest a few piggies can have some issues with celery if they have to much (not sure how reliable the sites are).

To be honest I've had some issues with portion sizes since Marmalade died as he was the king of the food bowl as the dominant piggy. Freddie just eats everything now - doesn't stop till it's all gone. So I might still be giving him too much of everything full stop.
