Hi!
Small and dry droppings are pointing to not enough food intake and some degree of dehydration. Guinea pigs don't suffer from constipation.
Please see a vet; this is serious enough and is not getting any better the longer you do not act. Pain and problems with passing poos are often located in the bladder, but the reproductive tract should also be checked.
It is well within your rights to ask before every injection what your vet is giving your piggy. I certainly do; if you do it politely then there should be no problem.
Refuse any steroids; they slow down the organs in rodents instead of pepping them up.

Please switch from weighing weighing weekly to weighing daily at the same time in order to monitor the food intake. Step in with additional syringe feed and water top up whenever the weight is dropping more than 50g/2 oz.
Your syringe feeding care is as important as any medical care to make sure that any treatment has time to work.
You can use mushed up pellets and a 1 ml needle-free syringe from a pharmacy if you cut off the tip as shown in the guide. Make sure that you offer as much water as she will take. For better rehydration you can add dioralyte (UK)/Pedialyte (US) to the water as recommended on the package.
