any ideas where i could put my 2 boys for a run for now as i am looking for a run, waiting for the snow to go as i cant get out into the shed to actually get the run

So any ideas would be helpful thank you

How about one of the rooms in your house/flat etc? I let mine have the run of either the hallway or kitchen, depending on time of year as kitchen is freezing cold in winter. Both have laminate flooring and i just block it off so they cant run away, and i clear all wires or dangerous objects.

just put down a couple of towels, or something similar, newspaper maybe? and some interesting things like tunnels, pigloos, toilet rolls (cut open) etc etc oh and very important to the greedy .......food!

:))

Mine go into the bathroom, put I am lucky enough to have a down stairs loo! Loads of newspaper, hideys and food:)) they completely trash it, but I at least I know they get to strech their legs and as in bathroom easy to clean

I was wondering what you use to block things off? thank you btw it was a real help :)

i have some spare grids from my c&c. I just clip as many as i need together with small bulldog clips and secure with something heavy or clip them to a door or something substantial.

You are welcome hon, we are all learning day to day x

i have also been known to use a cardboard box, a washing basket, the kitchen bin and a dogs bed, was a very interesting looking wall!

ahh thats a really good idea, i have a cardboard box which i could cut a little whole in and then they could go in there, and i have a washing basket and lots of blankets :)

THANKKK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU :D

well, I was about to reccomend one of these ball pits:

http://www.elc.co.uk/Ball-Pit/122601,default,pd.html

but on getting the link I see it's gone up to £18 from £7... ?

There was also 20% off when I bought it so it was cheap + my piggies are really enjoying having a run in it. It's about twice the size of a 120 cage, so not huge but my pigs are enjoying using it.
