aww he looks cute and comfy, I might have to make one somehow.
 
You should see him hop into his little hammock and snuggle down like a little sweetheart all cosy in pink :(|)

I got mine from Cavy Couture and bought the eyelets too or i'd be lost - they are very sturdy and clip onto the cage beautifully. They are the large ones which you'll need for grown up larger piggy bottoms. I'm going to have to get more but not this month!

I've wanted to try a hammock, but the cage doesn't have anything to attach it to... I know that can be solved but I would rather not drill through the perspex...

He's doing very very well. His croak has gone and the diarrhea stopped (I thought he was a gonner) but he is in pain and very down if he doesn't get metacam everyday. The scarring wont go but it's all very much under control right now (touch wood)

Definitely. I am going to wait for the right laid back older boar to come in. Either that or I would like him to daddy all the single baby boars (much like Suzy's lad does).

For now he has Dolly and Dotty for company (for his sins) and they seem to get on very well through the bars!

No I wouldn't want to either - your cage is too pretty for spoiling!
 
That sounds like an excellent role for Dickens, he's just so gorgeous!

Fred birthday is next month I'm going to get him and Wilma a hammock as they love jumping on things! :)

Most of mine have hammocks. I get them from www.hammockyhammocks.co.uk and they are superb quality, with all the fittings. On my cages that have no obvious hanging points, I have looped string around and hung them from that, and they do just as well. I have even had a mum and 3 babies in one, all squished up. Very cute. :) xx
 
So cute! So many guineas don't "get" the idea of hammocks (how many just sit underneath them?) but there are those that do like them. Lovely to see Dickens so comfy. :)
