Converting a shed

I’m Looking to buy a shed and convert to house our piggies in for Autumn and Winter. Just wondering if anyone could share what works well and what they’ve found doesn’t.

Insulate everything! My shed failed (for a number of reasons I’m sure) but if I did it again I would insulate every inch, apart from the ventilations.
Have lights - my solar light was excellent and have heat.

Someone with an active shed will be along soon I’m sure!
