Cookie, White Discharge From Genital? (worried)

So basically I was handiling/stroking cookie (the guinea pig that didn't die) and today peed a white milky discharged from anus and was gromming anus a lot as well. It was also very wet in the sleeping area of the hutch.
Why is this happening?

Piggy wees can be milky in colour, which is completely normal. Do you think it was just urine?

Is Cookie male or female? I wouldn't worry too much. As said above, guinea pig pee can range from a milky colour to a dark orange!

It sounds to me like milky wee too and the washing you describe is likely to be him eating his special poos.
