cooling hair cuts

just trimmed fudge and shani they look so sweet and shani looks a different colour now, both were little madams to begin with but once I got snipping they were fine, want them to be nice and cool so tiger and scrappy are next, Shani kept twisiting every time I grabbed a bit but a towel wrapped over her calmed her down and I had to snip the hair under the towel, have any of you trimmed your long haired pigs yet?
 
;D I only trimmed Lennie round his bum last week because he sits in his own poop, he was munching grass on my lap at the time so it was quite easy.
Dreading doing Timmys as he NEVER sits still ;)
 
I gave Gus a crew cut last week, he has such thick curly hair and he hates having it combed or cut. He looks like a little shorn lamb.
 
;D Awww, I haven't got any longhaired guineas, so don't need to worry about trimming, cutting or clipping my guineas. :)
 
my 3 longhaired piggies had a bath and haircut today too! :) had to trim really short around their scent gland area because it can get matted their and i don't want to attract any flies! there seems to be so many at the moment >:(
 
Have given my 2 long haired ones haircuts. They're inside so won't get cold. They're much cleaner trimmed (and I think they look sweeter!)
 
Yep have trimmed Buzz and Fuzz,great idea about frozen bottles /ice packs,so hot here yesterday,concerned they were all getting too hot ?
 
I've noticed my fly zapper is working over time recently maybe the wierd weathers made them more prolific , got a hugh bee in the zapper yesterday tried to shoo it away but it got zapped but was just stunned so managed to get him out he recovered and flew off, bet he wont be poking his nose into things again, its just flies I want zapped ,
 
Flies have been terrible today and yesterday, not a minute goes by without seeing at least one fly. >:( :)
 
I think I'm going to be giving Squeak a prison cut soon if the weather stays the way it is ;D
 
Rocky had quite a short back and sides a coupla wheeks ago. Time for another go I think. Rocky certainly seems to feel better with a haircut. :)
 
did Tiger and Scrappy yesterday they look so funny like shawn sheep, Scrappy is Carrie annes and she made such a fuss over her "big brave boy" who now looks so funny Tiger just sat and let me get on with it, his cyst is scabbed over now so fingers crossed no more pus will come out
 
That's good news, hopefully it will be fully healed in the next couple of weeks. :)
