Corn cob bedding?

I came across this bedding and was wondering if its any good. It said it natural, like pine bedding. But I wanted to know if it's good for guinea pig and rabbits. Have any of you try it before. Does it work?

I've never used it. Base on these sites, it's not good. Corn cob bedding molds easily.
