Yes you give it raw with all the leaves on. Some people prefer to remove the stringy bits (I think I would personally) but I think some just leave them there.

Noooooo! the silks are the most nutricious (sp?) part ! The adore the silks and leaves more than the cob! Corn silk has been known to help bladder problems too! leave them on!
