Cornflake arrived at The Excellent Adventure Sanctuary on the 29th February, looking a very ill piggie. He had overgrown teeth and very nasty ulceration in his mouth. He's made fantastic progress since receiving treatment from Simon Maddock, and after a check up yesterday he was given the go ahead to return home.

Cornflake's owner phoned me this evening to say she is delighted with how he is looking. She can't get over how well he can eat now and is amazed how quickly things have turned around.

The work I do with the piggies is very hard and emotionally draining but when you get a result like this it makes all the hard work and sleepless nights worthwhile.

Well done Debbie & Simon! I'm glad to hear Cornflake is so much better & can look forward to a happy life now :)

Just to say thanks to Debbie & Simon, my Daisy is back to normal now after a successful operation for an abscess on her leg; you can't even see where he operated now her fur is almost grown back :)

Well done! It's always nice to hear about a piggie beating the odds and getting back to their happy, cheery self :) We hope to hear lots more positive news about Cornflake now he is back home :)) x

What an amazing turn around, thanks to you Debbie and Simon :)

Well done! Great news for little Cornflake.

x) bless little Cornflake. If I remember he came scenic route to Northampton from Devon. Did he go scenic route back? We could have taken him and had a day out at same time! slipped up there!
